The present invention provides a cable anchoring apparatus for opening/closing and tension of a curtain member, allowing full and half opening/closing of a roof to enhance openness; and a cable-curtain opening/closing type roof structure system applying the same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a damper supporting plate having a cable through-hole penetrating a central shaft; a pusher housing screw-coupled to the damper supporting plate to disposed on the identical central shaft; a damper pusher sliding-coupled to the pusher housing to be able to reciprocate within a predetermined section in a central shaft direction; a damper using a fluid resistance to slowly move the damper pusher in recovery; a pair of rack gears coupled to a damper pusher side to be symmetrically installed; a pair of pinion gears supported to a pusher housing side to be able to rotate, so as to be engaged with the rack gear; and a pair of tension grip cables integrally fixated on a gear shaft of the pinion gears, respectively, to be opened with respect to the gear shaft in recession of the damper pusher, and slowly rotated and closed in return to an original position of the damper pusher to stop a cable anchoring stopper.
