The present invention relates to an apparatus for measuring and correcting assembly location of gears of an actuator for an electronic parking brake using image data and a method thereof. In an assembly process of the actuator for an electronic parking brake, image data with respect to gear angle values each obtained from a reduction gear portion within a gear box that is mutually assembled and a pinion gear of a motor side is comparatively measured. If gears are determined to have the angle values in which gears are not able to be engaged to each other, an angle of a motor gear is rotated to be corrected as an angle value so that the angle of the motor gear can be engaged to the reduction gear of the gear box to be provided in the assembly process, thereby more precisely and accurately implementing assembly operation of the actuator.
