A Mg alloy rolled material having a wide width and uniform mechanical properties in the width direction, a Mg alloy member obtained by plastic working the Mg alloy rolled material, and a method of manufacturing the Mg alloy rolled material. The manufacturing method of the Mg alloy rolled material is a method of manufacturing by rolling a Mg alloy material with a rolling roll. The width of the Mg alloy material is 1000 mm or more, and the rolling roll has three or more areas in the width direction. The temperature is controlled for each region so that the difference between the maximum temperature and the minimum temperature in the width direction of the surface of the rolled roll is 10 DEG C or less. By reducing the temperature difference across the entire width of the rolled roll, fluctuations in the rolled state in the width direction can be reduced. Therefore, a Mg alloy rolled material having substantially uniform mechanical properties in the width direction can be produced.
