The present invention relates to alkaline waste water neutralization equipment and a neutralization method of alkaline waste water using the same. The alkaline waste water neutralization equipment includes: a reactor main body which causes a neutralization reaction with carbon dioxide gas by accommodating alkaline waste water (raw water); a raw water inflow line which is included in one side of the reactor main body; a treatment water discharge line which is included in the other side of the reactor main body; a carbon dioxide gas injection line which is included in the raw water inflow line; and a stirrer which stirs the raw water with carbon dioxide gas. The alkaline waste water neutralization equipment and the alkaline waste water neutralization method according to the present invention have effects of performing a neutralization reaction at high efficiency and performing maintenance easily by neutralization treatment by stirring carbon dioxide gas with alkaline waste water at a high speed.
