The present invention relates to primer sets capable of specifically detecting a Dyella thiooxydans ATSB10 strain, and to a detection kit and a detection method containing the same. The primer sets of the present invention and the detection method using the same can provide information necessary for confirming whether or not the strain is growing in samples such as plants and soils including sunflower, and thus the strain can be used for various agricultural techniques such as plant growth promotion, and fertilizer or agricultural chemical development.
