The present invention relates to a child anchor bezel for a vehicle, which is easily manufactured since a cover and a main frame are formed as one body, needing no separate assembly work. According to the present invention, the child anchor bezel comprises: a main frame which has a first opening in the center; a cover connected to one side of the top surface of the main frame to be able to rotate around the main frame; a fixing plate connected to one side of the bottom surface of the main frame to be able to rotate around the main frame and having a second opening in the center; a first fixing means which fixates the cover in parallel to the main frame; and a second fixing means which fixates the fixing plate in parallel to the main frame. Along a connection part between the cover and the main frame and a connection part between the fixing plate and the main frame, a folding groove is formed.
