The present invention relates to RTLS-based nighttime bridge construction and a danger notification system for a worker in bridge deck pavement construction site. The danger notification system for a worker comprises a danger notification server for workers which includes: a helmet tag ID from a plurality of nodes; a communication unit receiving distance information on a worker, which are estimated according to three-axial acceleration measurement values and signal intensity received through an Wi-Fi communication from the helmet tag worn by the worker; a worker moving expectation unit extracting an expected moving range where a first range based on a maximum movable distance of the worker within a predetermined unit time and a second range based on distance information received from the node are overlapped; an operation unit using the three-axial acceleration measurement value measured for the unit time to perform operation on the position of the worker; a worker position determination unit determining whether the position of the worker belongs to the expected moving range to determine a position of the worker; and a dangerous situation determination unit determining that the worker is in a danger when the position of the worker does not belong to the expected moving range continuously N or more times. According to the present invention, position tracking and management of a worker can be performed, thereby enabling a user to efficiently control a danger area, such that rescue action and control process can be rapidly taken for safety of workers in field when an accident occurs.
