According to an embodiment of present invention, it is possible to conveniently store, manage, and output a users personal information used on various web sites or applications performing data communication. The personal information terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention, which executes a web browser accessing a web site or executing an application performing data communication and is capable of short-range communication with a data communication terminal, comprises: a memory unit in which user personal information corresponding to each of one or more web sites or one or more applications used by a user is stored and user fingerprint information of a user is stored; a fingerprint sensor unit which scans the fingerprint of a user; a fingerprint analysis unit which extracts fingerprint information of the scanned fingerprint, and determines whether the extracted fingerprint information coincides with the stored user fingerprint information; a personal information selection unit which receives, when the extracted fingerprinted information coincides with the stored user fingerprint information, program execution information corresponding to any web site or any application of one or more web sites or one or more applications, and selects user personal information corresponding to the received program execution information of the stored user personal information; an encoding unit which encodes the selected user personal information; and a first wireless transmission and reception unit which receives the program execution information from the data communication terminal, transmits the program execution information to the personal information selection unit, and transmits the encoded user personal information to the data communication terminal.
