The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a micro LED for a transparent display and a micro LED for transparent display using the same and, more specifically, relates to a method to manufacture a micro LED for a transparent display and a micro LED for transparent display using the same, capable of increasing an opening ratio and optical efficiency of a light emitting element by enabling light, generated from a light emitting part, to be emitted to the front side. According to the present invention, the micro LED manufacturing method is capable of separating a semiconductor structure on a sub substrate, which is a light emitting element in other words, from the substrate, thereby reusing the separated sub substrate as well as reducing size through a structure in which a n-electrode layer and a p-electrode layer are vertically placed for power supply. Moreover, the micro LED manufacturing method is capable of separating the semiconductor structure from the sub substrate in a wet manner, thereby enabling the production of a large semiconductor structure array and being properly applied to transparent and wearable displays and a photoelectric device.
