The present invention relates to a method and a system to diagnose a structural safety employing a biomimetic sensing system. More specifically, according to the present invention, the system to diagnose structural safety employing the biomimetic sensing system comprises: a plurality of biomimetic sensor nodes (100) placed on a constructed structure to acquire a plurality of types of structural response data for a condition evaluation of the constructed structure; an analysis unit (200) which uses the plurality of types of structural response data received from the biomimetic sensor nodes (100) to monitor the soundness of the constructed structure; and a structural safety diagnosis unit (300) which uses a result value of the soundness monitoring by the analysis unit (200) to perform a real-time feedback vibration control or a real-time structural identification. The present invention is to provide the method and system to diagnose structural safety using the biomimetic sensing system, which are able to prevent a large-scale disaster and calamity of the constructed structure through acquired structural response information of the structure.
