According to the present invention, Bacillus subtilis SCGB 180 strain has an acid resistance activity, gall resistance activity, antioxidant activity, pancreatic lipase inhibitory activity, and antimicrobial activity against harmful microorganisms. The Bacillus subtilis SCGB 180 strain does not produce biogenic amines while secreting proteases and amylase enzymes. Accordingly, an antibacterial, anti-obesity, and probiotic composition against harmful microorganisms containing the strain or a culture of the strain as effective component can be useful as a food product, a food additive, a feed additive, or a medicament product. More specifically, the Bacillus subtilis SCGB 180 strain does not secrete biogenic amines during a sauce fermentation process and is capable of suppressing the proliferation of harmful microorganisms to be used for production of a safe sauce product without toxic properties, thereby being utilized industrially.
