Method of manufacturing Polyurethane paints comprising carbonized microfiber-reinforced Method for manufacturing Polyurethane coating steel pipe using the same and Polyurethane coating steel pipe by the same
The present invention relates to a production method of a carbonized cellulose-reinforced polyurethane paint, a manufacturing method of a polyurethane coated steel pipe using the production method, and the polyurethane coated steel pipe manufactured by the manufacturing method. More specifically, the present invention relates to the manufacturing method of the polyurethane coated steel pipe, the manufacturing method comprising the steps of: preparing cellulose particles; partially carbonizing the prepared cellulose particles to form a partially carbonized cellulose; milling the partially carbonized cellulose to a particle size of 0.1 to 100 m; bonding an oligomer resin to the milled partially carbonized cellulose to prepare a composite; mixing the prepared composite with a crosslinking resin to produce the paint; and coating an inner circumferential surface of a steel pipe with the produced paint. Accordingly, the carbonized cellulose-reinforced polyurethane paint has advantages that the paint not only is harmless to the human body since the paint is free from environmental hormone materials, but also has excellent chemical and physical properties such as bonding strength after coating, impact resistance, absorption rate, hardness, pinhole test, cathode delamination, wear resistance, chemical resistance, and the like after coating.
