Disclosed is a (K,Na)NbO_3 (hereinafter, KNN)-based single crystal ceramic seed preparation method using a heating scheme using dissolved salt. The KNN-based single crystal seed preparation method according to the present invention comprises: (a) mixing (K_(0.5-x/2)Na_(0.5-x/2-y)_(y/2)M_(x+y/2))Nb_(1-x/3+y)O_3 (in which, M is Ba, Sr, or Ca; is a metal vacancy; 0.01 = x = 0.02; and 0.0 = y = 0.5) powder (KNMN powder) or (1-x)(Na,K)NbO_3-xM(Cu_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_3 (in which, 0.01 = x = 0.02; and M is Ba, Sr, or Ca) powder (KNN-MCuN powder) with a liquid-forming agent to form a mixture; (b) thermally treating the mixture to form KNMN single crystal seeds from the KNMN powder by using the dissolved liquid-forming agent as a medium; and (c) cooling the products of step (b), and removing the liquid-forming agent.
