摘要

The present invention relates to a method for forming alloy nano islands for plasmon resonance. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for naturally forming alloy nano islands, which forms a nano-structure using a non-wetting phenomenon, and causes the non-wetting phenomenon in a state in which a plurality of thin films are laminated. Further, the present invention aims to provide the method for forming the alloy nano islands for plasmon resonance, which can modify a single-surface plasmon resonance band as desired by adjusting an alloy material as desired through the method.
