The present invention relates to a dynamic characteristic analysis and voyage date recording (VDR) system of a ship, which measures a sea state on the sea in which a ship sails and a movement state of the ship for safe sailing of the ship sailing in rough waves in real time, determines a safety state of the ship with measured data in real time, and provides an optimal sailing condition.
