PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-dimensional/two-dimensional code and a system therefor, having information security in consideration that it is in the middle of coming into the situation where the one-dimensional/two-dimensional code capable of securing the information security is required in a convenient one-dimensional/two-dimensional code because a conventional one-dimensional/two-dimensional code is not desirable at all in the information security because anyone can read it when it is read by a code reader.;SOLUTION: This system for the one-dimensional/two-dimensional code has: a recoder recoding the one-dimensional/two-dimensional code by a code; and a recode decoder capable of reversibly decoding a recoded result thereof when reading and decoding the result.
