The present invention relates to a greenhouse cultivation apparatus for mini succulent plants. More specifically, as a planting tray, in which mini succulent plants are planted and cultivated, is buried under the ground or changed in height depending on whether the season is summer or winter, an area for the heating of a greenhouse is able to be reduced to save costs for heating, and since ventilation between planting trays is easy, temperature control, planting, and shipment of succulent plants are convenient. The present invention comprises: a greenhouse comprising a fixing frame installed on the ground, glass or vinyl installed on the outer surface of the fixing frame, and an internal storage space part installed on the inner floor; a vertical support frame supported on the ground in the internal storage space part to be formed in a vertical direction, and comprising a guide screw part formed on a side; and a planting tray comprising a moving roller installed on both sides to be moved up and down by being interlocked with the guide screw part, a control motor controlling the moving roller, and a planting space part formed to plant mini succulent plants.
