The present invention relates to dandelion tea, and more specifically, to a method of preparing dandelion tea. According to the present invention, dandelions, widely used as a traditional herbal medicine, are infused in water and prepared into tea that is easy to ingest. Specifically, the method comprises: a step in which the dandelions are dried in a dryer in the temperature range of 70-85°C for 1-3 hours until a water content of the dandelions reaches 50% or less; a step in which the dandelions are cut in a uniform length; a step in which the dandelions are placed in a pot heated in the temperature range of 60-85°C, and roasted for 10-20 minutes while being thoroughly stirred; and a step in which the dandelions are dried and aged in the shade for 10-15 hours, wherein the roasting and aging steps are repeated five or more times, thereby inducing fermentation as white mold, which is effective in a human body, is formed in the dandelions.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
