The present invention relates to a meeting management system for quickly inducing relationship based on physical affection. The meeting management system provides a facility for ensuring privacy and safety in an idle space in the daytime. Men and women voluntarily meet on condition of prohibition of conversation, have physical affection according to prescribed rules of procedure, and then second appointment place is designated. If all the men and women who have an affinity with each other, they have an ongoing relationship.
