The present invention relates to a malfunction diagnostic device using self-driven vibration detection. The malfunction diagnostic device using self-driven vibration detection includes: a diagnostic housing (11) which has a driving module (14) and a vibration analysis module arranged thereon for analyzing the vibration sensed by the vibration sensing unit; an installation block (13) which is arranged below the diagnostic housing (11) to form one or more fixing taps (16); a control unit (31) arranged in the diagnostic housing (11); a light emitting unit (151) which emits light while being controlled by the control unit (31); a memory (M) which stores the vibration data sensed by the vibration analysis and sensing unit and the analysis result data of the vibration analysis module; a battery module arranged in the diagnostic housing (11); and a mode switching unit (321) which converts the driving mode upon sensing the abnormal vibration.
