The present invention provides an electronic device efficiently performing a channel training of a memory and a memory training method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the electronic device comprises: a memory device storing data; and a system on chip using the memory device as a working memory. The system on chip loads a training code on a first region of the memory device, and executes the loaded training code to perform a software training with respect to a second region of the memory device.
