The present invention relates to an emotional expression system using a brain wave and a method, wherein the system comprises: a brain wave measurement unit measuring a concentration and relaxation brain wave from a user recognizing an image; a brain wave analyzing unit analyzing the brain wave measured in the brain wave measurement unit; and a display unit outputting a result analyzed in the brain wave analyzing unit.
