Disclosed are an apparatus for measuring transepidermal water loss capable of inclination correction and a skin management system using the same. According to the present invention, the apparatus for measuring transepidermal water loss capable of inclination correction comprises: a cylindrical closed chamber whose one side coming in contact with skin whose water loss is to be measured is opened, and the other side is closed; and a transepidermal water loss measurement unit to detect a water content and a water content change in the closed chamber to measure transepidermal water loss, and detect an inclination or a measurement angle of the closed chamber when detecting a water content to correct and output the measured transepidermal water loss in accordance with the inclination or the measurement angle. A detection value measured in accordance with an inclination when measuring water loss is automatically corrected to prevent a measurement error by a measurement atmosphere change such as temperature, density, and convection. Accuracy for measurement results can be increased in various inclinations and angles.
