The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing aronia wine having improved flavors, comprising the following steps: (a) heating a composition comprising aronia and purified water at the temperature of 65 to 120 degrees; (b) inoculating yeast to the heated composition and fermenting the same; and (c) aging the fermented composition.
