A visual display device is disclosed that includes a plurality of stacked display layers that display a plurality of objects. The first reflective surface is positioned at an angle relative to the plurality of stacked display layers and projects a first subset of objects in a first direction toward the snare. A first subset of objects are projected as if they originated from a first focus attention area comprising a first plurality of object planes. The second reflective surface is positioned at an angle relative to the first plurality of stacked display layers. The first and second reflecting surfaces are approximately parallel to each other. The second reflector projects a second subset of objects in a first direction towards the snare. A second subset of objects are projected as if they originated from a second focus attention area comprising a second plurality of object planes.
