The present invention relates to a far infrared ray generation apparatus and a manufacturing method for removing harmful materials and making negative ion generation water. The present invention provides the far infrared ray generation apparatus comprising: a far infrared ray reflector; a composition formed of 2-9 far infrared ray irradiation composites laminated on the far infrared ray reflector; and a substrate on which metal connection wire connecting the composites and the composites are arranged and fixated. The present invention provides the far infrared ray generation apparatus for removing the harmful materials and making the negative ion generation water, which makes high quality negative ion activating water to promote activation of cells for performing a growth promotion function and to enhance bio-waves of a plant, thereby increasing the level of immunity.
