PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a protection cover for a vehicle, a bicycle and a motorcycle by mixing waterproof liquid with powder for radiating far infrared ray and anion is provided to protect eyes and the skin of a passenger by insulating harmful ultraviolet rays and electromagnetic waves and blocking rain or snow. CONSTITUTION: A supporting bar holder(11) is mounted in the upper part of a roof(10') of a vehicle(10), and a protection cover(14) is composed of supporting bars(12), fiber(15) coated with the compound formed by mixing waterproof liquid with powder for radiating far infrared rays and anions and an iron frame(13) to resist air and speed. The supporting bar of the protection cover is fitted to the supporting bar holder of the roof of the vehicle, and assembled and disassembled by a bolt and a nut. The protection cover is mounted on the windshield, and rear and side glasses to obtain the visual field and to insulate harmful ultraviolet rays and electromagnetic waves. The waterproof liquid is mixed with powder at the rate of 30 to 70, and the mixture is coated on the fiber.
