According to the present invention, a concrete structure to which a construction method is applied, wherein the concrete structure includes: a base material; a sound-absorbing material provided on at least a part of a surface of the base material; a sound-insulating material provided on a surface of the base material continuously with the sound-absorbing material; and a wire mesh fixing the sound-absorbing material and the sound-insulating material, wherein the fixed sound-absorbing material and sound-insulating material, and the wire mesh are subjected to mortar treatment so as to form a single layer, wherein the sound-absorbing material is selected from a melamine sheet (20-25T), a polypropylene (PP) ultrafine fiber sheet, expanded polystyrene (EPS), ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) (foam rubber), wherein the sound-insulating material is selected from an eco-friendly ceramic composite material and an EVA sheet.
