IL-7 IL-7 expression reporter cell lines and methods for screening therapeutic agents for immunodeficiency diseases using the cell lines

The present invention relates to a reporter cell line in which IL-7 is expressed and to a method for screening for immunodeficiency disease therapeutic agents by using the same. The present inventors have developed a reporter system for observing the internal expression of IL-7, at the transcriptional level, in a human cell line by using Cas9 gene-targeting technology. In addition, the present inventors have carried out a pilot screening, in an HTS format, for compounds inducing the up-regulation of IL-7, and have discovered a compound enabling the transcription of an IL-7 gene to be up-regulated. Therefore, the IL-7 reporter system and IL-7 reporter cell line of the present invention can be very useful in screening, in an HTS format, for compounds regulating IL-7.
