The present invention relates to an organic solar cell including metal nanostructures having a regular arrangement and a manufacturing method thereof. The organic solar cell comprises: a transparent electrode layer formed on a substrate; a buffer layer including a plurality of metal nanostructures formed on the transparent electrode layer; an active layer formed on the buffer layer; and an upper electrode formed on the active layer.
