The present invention relates to a personalized diet management system. The system includes one or more user clients, one or more trainer clients, and a server connected on a wireless or wired basis. When the server receives an item selection signal generated by the user clients selecting one among one or more sports items, the server transmits information on one or more trainers corresponding to the sports item included in the item selection signal to the user clients. When the server receives a trainer selection information generated by inputting target information and selecting information on one or more trainers from the user clients, the server transmits the trainer selection information to the trainer clients corresponding to the trainer selection information. When a user selects a desired sports item, the information on one or more trainers can be displayed on the user clients. When one among the trainers displayed on the user clients is selected by the user, the user can communicate with the selected trainer in a one-to-one basis for one-to-one training.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
