InP/ZnS - LEDInP/ZnS Core-Shell Quantum Dots and the Fabrication Method Thereof and their White LED Application

The present invention relates to InP/ZnS core-shell quantum dots and a fabrication method thereof. The InP/ZnS core-shell quantum dots have improved optical characteristics due to a predetermined amount of water added during colloid synthesis of the InP/ZnS core-shell quantum dots, and have excellent reproducibility. The present invention also relates to a white LED including the InP/ZnS core-shell quantum dots.
