The purpose of the present invention is to provide a correction ball for varus and a correction ball-band set for varus capable of correcting bowed legs into straight legs on user′s own power. To this end, a correction ball for varus comprises: an upper surface unit, a lower surface unit, a front surface unit and a rear surface unit provided in a spherical curved shape; and side surface units which are provided in a concave groove shape and in which part of the user′s body is inserted and mounted. Concave grooves provided on the side surface units are provided in a curved shape having predetermined curvature so the correction ball has a shape which is dent inwards from the edge of the concave groove to the center.
