To prevent the harmful effects of dietary imbalance and skipping meals on the health of modern people, it is invented from understanding that phytochemical nutrients depend on the color of the tissue of fruits, vegetables, and the like. Essential products (protein, carbohydrate, fat) and different phytochemicals of 7 different colors for each day from Monday to Sunday are mixed to produce 7 different products.
