The present invention relates to a complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) image sensor integrated-stereo image matching system capable of processing stereo image correction and census conversion, which are essential in a stereo image matching operation, in parallel with high energy efficiency in an analog domain and a method thereof. The stereo image matching system, which allows an image sensor and a digital processor to be integrated in one chip to process image acquisition and stereo image matching in parallel, comprises the image sensor having a vertical position correction switch installed between pixels to correct vertical positions of pixels forming other stereo images based on any one of stereo images, which are photographed at different positions with respect to the same object, to match the positions of the pixels of the stereo images to the same position.
