The present invention relates to a livestock feed additive for replacing antibiotics and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the method includes: a step of preparing and mixing phellodendron bark, goldthread, scutellaria, polygonati rhizome, milk vetch roots, gardenia fruit, dried orange peel, ostrea, acanthopanax, pleuropterus multiflorus, pueraria, and liquorice, washing foreign matter off, and then, naturally drying the ingredients; a step of sterilizing a material, made by primarily grinding the mixture in a predetermined granular size through a grinder, at 65-70°C for 40-60 minutes, and then, fermenting and aging the material 23-35°C for 2-5 days after engrafting microorganisms into the mixture; and a step of making powder by drying the fermented material in a dryer until the moisture content is 12% or less and secondarily grinding the material into very fine powder, which is 100 mesh or less, while naturally drying the powder.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
