The purpose of the present invention is to provide a manufacturing device of a non-puncture tire, the manufacturing device which enables a groove to be formed in a central portion of an inner part of the no-puncture tire when manufacturing the no-puncture tire. The manufacturing device of the present invention comprises: a first ring member (110) including a ring-shaped first body unit (111), and a separation preventing protrusion (112) which protrudes toward the outside from one side of the edge of the first body unit (111); a second ring member (120) which is guide coupled to the first body unit (111); a first fixing wing (140) which protrudes toward an inner side of the first body unit (111), and in which a first guide hole (141) is formed; a second fixing wing (150) which protrudes toward an inner side of the second ring member (120), and in which a second guide hole (151) is formed; a rod (160) which is coupled to the first guide hole (141) and the second guide hole (151) by passing through the same; an elastic member (170) which is coupled to the rod (160) and provides an elastic force to the first fixing wing (140) to enable the first fixing wing (140) and the second fixing wing (150) to be close to each other; and a flexible ring (180) which is able to be fastened to the first body unit (111) in an outer direction and is made of a flexible material.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
