A natural composite laminate derived from heat-treated grains and dried fruits is a laminate including a char compression layer and a natural composition compression layer formed on the char compression layer. The laminate has superior far-infrared rays and anion emission properties even without containing substances harmful or unfavorable to human body, and it is possible to facilitate secretion of sweat and waste in the human body even at a lower temperature by constructing the laminate in facilities such as sauna. In addition, it is also possible to minimize deterioration of components while using environmentally friendly natural materials, thereby maximizing a period for sustainability.
