The present invention relates to a method for increasing production of vascular endothelial growth factors (VEGFs) in stem cells by co-culturing gum-derived stem cells and osteoprecursor cells, a composition for promoting osseointegration or a composition for treating ischemic diseases comprising the vascular endothelial growth factor as an active ingredient, and a method for forming a cell spheroid by co-culturing gum-derived stem cells and osteoprecursor cells. According to the present invention, by co-culturing the gum-derived mesenchymal stem cells and the osteoprecursor cells together, it is possible to increase yield of stem cell-derived VEGF, and production of the cell spheroid is possible by the co-culture.
