The present invention relates to a method for checking the grinding crack. The method for checking the grinding crack comprises: a foreign substance elimination step of eliminating a foreign substance on a surface of a specimen; a deposition step of depositing the specimen in an etching solution; a corrosive substance washing step of washing a corrosive substance on the surface of the specimen, generated by the deposition; a drying step of drying the specimen; and an observation step of observing the surface of the specimen. According to the present invention, the method has effects of checking a crack portion in an accurate manner by eroding the specimen in stages, using weak acid and strong acid.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
