The present invention relates to a reading room reservation managing system based on artificial intelligence comprising: a user terminal device (100); and a reading room managing server (200). The user terminal device (100) provides reading room information classified for each area; provides a reading room guiding page including the reading room information when the reading room information is clicked; provides environment information and rental information for a corresponding reading room when the reading room information, which is provided through the reading room guiding page, is clicked; provides a rental guiding page for renting a desired reading room by clicking the desired reading room through the reading room guiding page; provides rental approval requesting information by receiving rental information through the rental guiding page; and stores a reading room renting application to display a rental completion guiding message on a screen when rental approval information is provided in response to the rental approval requesting information. The reading room managing server (200) provides the reading room renting application in response to a request of the user terminal device (100); provides the reading room information for each area, and at least one among position information, the environment information, and the rental information of reading rooms in a studying room through the reading room guiding page; displays the rental approval requesting information on the screen when the rental approval requesting information is provided through the rental guiding page; and provides the rental approval information to the user terminal device (100) when the rental approval information is inputted.
