The present invention relates to a customized electric power scheduling system for a consumer in an intelligent power use environment, which is able to measure power consumption of an electric device of a consumer and to generate and monitor the power consumption schedule of the consumer. According to the present invention, the customized electric power scheduling system for the consumer in the intelligent power use environment comprises: a device setting unit to set a power consumption type of devices of the consumer by dividing the devices of the consumer into a fixed device, whose power consumption pattern and power consumption volume are set in advance, a scope-type device, whose scope of control for power consumption pattern and power consumption volume are set in advance, and an adaptive device other than the fixed device and the scope-type device; a power consumption measuring unit to, in real time, measure the power consumption volume of the consumer or each of the devices; an adaptive analysis unit to extract a power consumption pattern of the adaptive device by using the power consumption volume history data of the adaptive device; and a schedule generation unit to generate an entire power consumption schedule of the consumer. Accordingly, the present invention is able to divide devices of the consumer into a fixed type, a scope type, and an adaptive type, and to model the use pattern only for adaptive devices, for which the user cannot determine the use pattern in advance, thereby more precisely estimating a power consumption pattern of a device.
