The present invention relates to a DNA extraction system and a DNA extraction method using the same. In particular, the DNA extraction system is configured to extract DNAs from blood, and comprises an extractor including a mesh structure coated with a reagent capable of bonding to DNAs. In particular, the DNA extraction method comprises the steps of: preparing extracted blood; exposing chromosomes of the blood, and destroying proteins and RNAs thereof; introducing an extractor including a mesh structure into the blood in which proteins and RNAs have been destroyed, and aggregating DNAs; washing the extractor in which DNAs are aggregated; and isolating DNAs from the washed extractor in which the DNAs are aggregated. By using the DNA extraction system using a mesh structure according to the present invention, a large number of DNAs can be extracted in a convenient and economical manner.
