PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply carry out processes from cell culture to DNA extraction.;SOLUTION: A cell is cultured in a cell culture chamber 5 and a metal ion capable of producing a chelate compound between the metal ion and a protein and a lysozyme are fed from a liquid inlet 3 to the cell and a cell membrane of the cell is broken by heating and the chelate compound is produced from the protein and its metal ion. Then, an eluate is fed from the liquid inlet 3 and a protein 16 producing the chelate compound is blocked by a filter 10 and a DNA 14 is extracted by permeating the DNA 14 through the filter 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
