Provided is a disinfection composition suitable for disinfecting cattle sheds by exhibiting disinfection and sterilizing effects against various pathogens without being frozon even when the disinfection composition is diluted with water under cold places (for example, at a temperature of -30-0C) during winter. Moreover, provided are a composition for blending disinfectants, a method for producing the disinfection composition, a disinfection method, and a disinfection kit.
