The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an amidated indoline using a rhodium catalyst, a compound using the same and a pharmaceutical composition for cancer prevention or treatment containing the same as an active ingredient. The amidated indoline using the rhodium catalyst according to the present invention is confirmed to have a high cytotoxic effect against prostate adenocarcinoma (LNCaP), endometrial adenocarcinoma (Ishikawa), and ovarian cancer (SKOV3) through an evaluation of anticancer activity so that the amidated indoline is expected to be used as a pharmaceutical composition for cancer prevention or treatment.
