According to the present invention, an inlet guide vane (IGV) actuator operates an IGV to selectively control an amount of air supplied to a gas turbine, and comprises: a body having a cylinder which hydraulic oil is supplied to and discharged from; a piston arranged in the body, and linearly reciprocating for the IGV to rotate as the hydraulic oil is supplied and discharged; and a bushing arranged between the body and the piston with a predetermined distance between the body and the bushing, and interlocked with a lateral force generated in the piston when the piston linearly reciprocates to reciprocate in a transverse direction of a moving direction of the piston. Therefore, as the bushing reciprocates in a transverse direction of a moving direction of the piston by the lateral force generated in the piston when the piston linearly reciprocates, eccentric movement of the piston can be restricted to reduce abrasion of the piston for working reliability to be secured.
