Disclosed is a maintenance floating dock of a new concept including a floater re-docking guide device, capable of re-docking a floater, which is anchoring on the sea to produce crude oil or liquefied gas, to repair the floater without stopping production. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the maintenance floating dock comprises: a pontoon deck (110) having a submarine connection element entry groove (112) allowing entry of a submarine connection element, in order to re-dock and repair the floater (1) by entering under the floater (1), which performs a duty while lowering the submarine connection element under a hull part, and then being floated on water; a sidewall (130) upwardly extended from both left and right edges of the pontoon deck (110); and a pressing type guide support (300) installed in a plurality of positions on an inner wall surface (130a) of both the left and right sidewalls (130) at intervals in a longitudinal direction of the side wall (130) to be faced with each other, and pressing and supporting both left and right side surfaces of the re-docked floater (1) by a predetermined pressure to guide the floater (1) in order to be located and entered in the center between both the left and right sidewalls (130).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
