The present invention relates to: a method for mass-producing exosome (Cre:EXPLOR) containing cre protein (cre recombinase); a vector for producing the exosome which can be used for producing the exosome; the exosome comprising the cre protein (cre recombinase) produced by the method; and a composition for generating conditional knock-out alleles of a target gene comprising the same as an active ingredient. By using the method for producing the exosome comprising the cre protein (cre recombinase) provided by the present invention, it is possible to produce the exosome containing the cre protein (cre recombinase) with high yield, so that the exosome can be widely used as a composition for generating the conditional knock-out alleles of the target gene.
