The present invention relates to a flame-retardant composite fiber for car interior materials, and a flame-retardant hollow fiber for car interior materials using the same, and specifically, to a flame-retardant composite fiber for car interior materials which can prevent and/or minimize an adverse effect on the physical properties of a sheath portion when a core portion for hollow formation of the composite fiber is eluted during the production of the hollow fiber. Further, the present invention relates to a hollow fiber which is lightweight and flame retardant and has mechanical properties as a car interior material.
